“The building is just absolutely unfit to serve as a rental. A few of the issues you should be aware of, in no particular order:- On the side of the house is a large, open pit full of foul water, coming from a pipe leading into the building, a major hazard if you have small kids, and merely disgusting otherwise.- The water was shut off during our stay. We complained to the landlord who told us it was due to work being done in the area, but when a worker from the local utility came to restore……
