“Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the……
