“Four of us seniors rented for a week. Owner quickly responded to a couple of items. We were less than 10 minutes from Heavenly’s Nevada side entrance to the ski area and close to an hour to other ski areas around Lake Tahoe. XThe house was comfortable and provided good kitchen and diningthat needed ”

“We picked this property for its location, view, and number of rooms. Those were all great. Otherwise, it was one of the worst stays ever. The place was very ill-maintained. There were tons of issues. First, the check-in process was ridiculous. I kept asking for check-in instructions and did not get any. When I finally arrived at the property, there was nearly no cell signal. We were stranded outside in the cold for 40+ minutes. Had to drive back into down to call. Host argued that she sent……

“My husband and I took our family of four with my mom and sister and her daughter to the snow with our dog. This house was the perfect size for all of us and our adult children. Our kids spent one day skiing at Sierra while we stayed back and enjoyed the house, played games and watched the snow. The house was far enough into the woods to feel away from everything but close enough to stores and restaurants. When we left, I accidentally left a few items, and our host graciously got them for me and……

“Stayed late January of 2025. House is 9 minutes from the stagecoach lift of Heavenly. Plenty of room (five guys, everyone had their own bedroom) with beds to spare. Amazing view, wake up each day with the sun coming over the mountains. Quiet neighborhood, but make sure you have a vehicle that can handle some snow. But if you are there to ski you will probably have that anyway. Communication with owner was great, would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“This property has everything you need for a family and friend’s vacation. We visited for a ski trip to Heavenly Ski Resort and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain. The only downfall to this property is that it is situated in mountain and if the weather is severe, driving can be sketchy. Other than that, everything was fantastic.”
