“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and……

“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. “Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. ”

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
