“This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend.……

“Great house, had everything we needed for a family of 9, very roomy. House was nice and cool when we arrived...big plus not having to wait to cool down since we had a baby with us. Beds where comfortable. Loved the water pressure! Cute little store right across from us(very reasonable prices)Close to everything... five mins to Leakey and 20 mins to Lost Maples for a morning hike. And 5 mins to relax in the river, which was great cuz it was FREE. The only thing I would suggest is putting some……

“Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great.”
