“Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). “Lovely stay, staff really friendly, bed really comfy, fabulous nights sleep, no towels in room, not a problem as i always take my own. Room a little tired looking needs redecorating, furniture in the room needs some love. Large mirror above the dressing table is too high. Its impossible to sit down and do your hair. No plug sockets by the bed only by the dressing table. I would imagine this Hotel was fabulous years ago but is in desperate need of some TLC. There is a phone charges price list……

“Beautiful hotel- clean and very welcoming. We had fish and chips which I can highly recommend. Only down side is the beds are not very comfy worn mattress feel springs through. But for a night away with amazing views it’s worth it. Also great breakfast.”

“The staff were great, they swapped my room for one on the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs and the hotel doesn't have a lift. The bathroom extraction wasn't working and the room wasn't air conditioned. There was only a basic chair to sit on. Everything else was good.”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
