“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.”

“Great location right on the water. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, as was the spur of the moment bike ride on the riverfront with the complimentary bike from the lobby. The DE Children's Museum was across the parking lot and fantastic! I would definitely stay there again. ”
