“Absolutely loved our accommodations. Spotless, attractive decor, etc. Close to beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.”

“Great week at the brigantine cottage! Gladys made you feel welcomed. The property is small but clean and accessible to many restaurants and shops. Location is the best with only 1 block to the beach! Easy for young children and elderly! Great memories!”

“The bikes did not work. Only one adult bike.Could not use. Landscaping becoming overgrown. One of the least appealing spots on the street. Steps were difficult for my handicap mother. Screen door did not fully open. Towels were used for curtains. Air Conditioners used saved us smell of mold. Can only imagine the air filters. Not much place to sit in family room. Good patio and Beach equip”

“The house was very nice, spacious and close to all the action. The outlet stores were about 5 mins away, the boardwalk was literally 8 mins away. A Walmart 18 mins away for all your needs. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and had all the basics we needed for our stay. Just a short walk to the beach and at the south end of town which was quiet and had lots of parking. ”

“Comfortable, clean place to stay. Hands down the best equipped rental I've stayed at (toiletries, silverware, cooking utensils, etc.). The rental company had a problem running my final payment that required me to call my credit card company (they never received a payment request) and then to the rental company. Problem was resolved but I'm still not sure why it was a problem, at all. ”

We loved using the private terrace loungers after a day at the beach. The location is just a few steps from the sand. “We had a great time. The house was very clean and ready for us. Check-in process was easy and the owner was extremely responsive. It's a very close drive to AC and Brigantine Beach, which made it easy for us to visit both in one day. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful week long stay. The house was adorable but listing pictures were very deceiving. The upstairs twin bed bedroom looks nothing like it’s pictures. Also when I arrived the central air didn’t work upstairs so we had to put in the air conditioners ourselves. To be honest the house sleeps 11 but comfortable only 8. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. Finally the outside grill also didn’t work. Despite these problems we still had a fun week and enjoyed the beautiful……

“It’s a cute, clean, little 2 bedroom bungalow with a vintage, fully functional bathroom and a small, yet stocked and organized kitchen. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit.”

“The location to the beach was not too far. There was a great breakfast place within walking distance also. The place was clean although the tub and shower could use some updating and the rug could be cleaned. Other than that it was a great vacation as we had an awesome time and have booked again for next year 😎. ”
