“Apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. However, there were some inconveniences e.g. no outlet in master bathroom, no towel rack in master bathroom. When we returned home, we contacted our host and he said he would address our concerns for future guests. Also, parking could be a problem if you have more than one car because space alloted was very limited. ”

“The hosts Benn&Anna were great. From the day we booked it, they were super attentive, communicating everything. The details of the house, the location, the check in. Literally everything. They were extremely nice and helpful. Answered all and any questions. I would totally come back and I’m actually planning on coming back. They are great, make everything extremely easy and they are one call or text away if anything is needed.”

“If you book a room that says ocean view or ocean front, don't book it. I was told it must have been a misunderstanding because they don't have any ocean front or view rooms. Out of the corner of 1 window, we could see a tiny piece of the bay. The booking process was a nightmare. I'm not good with computers at my age and knowing AC gets a lot of seniors, why would they require you to do parts of the process on a computer or phone with picture taking capabilities. Just beware and maybe phone……

“This place far exceeded my expectations….That is until the owner’s crazy mom started yelling at me & my cousin & my dog while we were relaxing on the second floor deck hours after checking in. This lady started shouting at me from the sidewalk, accusing me of lying about my dog’s size - even though I had asked the owner (her son) permission BEFORE I even booked the place. He said it was fine as well as mentioned he lived on first floor. Mom asks her son if he gave me the ok- he admitted he did -……

“Communication was great. Easy check-in. Spacious common area. 2 bedrooms are also spacious. ”

“First, the interior of the until was outstanding. Only thing that could have been done in the renovation was to build a closet. The host was very good. She communicated well. We had an issue with a ironing board but that was fixed quickly. The location is very good from the standpoint it is a very close walk to the Boardwalk and Tennessee Ave has some nice businesses. However, the block we were on was a little run down and dirty. Also some people around that didn't help. I know this is regular……
