“What an amazing place to stay! We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this is one of the best! My husband and I traveled with 2 teenagers, 2 grandparents, and a large dog. This one floor home was easy to navigate for the grandparents and had fun loft spaces for the teens to retreat to. 10 minutes to Whiteface mountain and easy to find. Beautiful home with cute decorations - just like in the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to create a great family meal. The outdoor……

“Perfect spot to enjoy the Adirondacks. Close to Lake Placid but not right there so no crazy traffic. Love the access to the lake to relax with some coffee ”

“The house is perfect for 10-12 people and has a lot of space for everyone to hangout. Location is great, it is a quiet area and about 15-20 minutes from whiteface mountain for those who love to ski and snowboard. If you need a place for a few friends or family, I 100% recommend this place!!!”

“Very cozy cabin. Bathroom perhaps a bit TOO cozy. Which means it was lovely, but very small. Many stubbed toes on the shower lip, but I concede that not much could be done about that. There were a few cobwebs in the rafters, some sawdust on the top of the bathroom mirror, but overall lovely. ”

“We came to Saranac Lake to check out the Adirondacks. It is a beautiful area. The Cabin is great for kicking back and soaking in the surroundings. We brought a boat with fishing in mind. Not such a good idea. Oh! the cabin advertisement indicated that it was "Blue" . Well, that's only half true. Like I said, we brought a boat so we could leave from the Cabin and fish. But, if one arrives at the cabin by water, it is brown, not blue. It rains on us for 3 days, but we still hadfun.”

“Liked the location, close to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. Cabin was cozy and warm with snow shoeing trails nearby. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Didn’t like the bathroom faucet, had to hold handle in order to get water, needs updating. Felt kitchen was lacking a few amenities that all other places have provided (toaster, salt and pepper). ”

“We were very happy with our stay! The property/home is exactly as described...beautiful. It was clean and very well appointed. The yard was nicely nestled in a large treed yard. The view from the hot tub was fantastic! Our hosts ver very communicative and friendly.The only criticism I can offer is that there was no clear direction with regard to recycling. We ended up throwing out our recyclable garbage and then found our later that it could have been put separately for pick-up. This was……

“We stayed here for several days on a ski trip to Whiteface. The kids decided this was the best rental property they had ever stayed in! The house is comfortable, beautifully maintained and well appointed, with stunning views of Whiteface Mountain from the porch and front yard. Host was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!”

“We had a great stay in early March. Access to Lake Placid is quick and easy, but most essentials (food, fuel, etc) are right nearby. The cottage had everything we needed in terms of space and accessories. Rustic overall, but the bathroom is fresh and modern. The gas fireplace keeps the living room warm and inviting. The kitchen is small but functional with a nice large sink. The main bedroom (we didn’t use the second) is very comfortable.Yes, the hot tub can be partly seen from the street, but……
