“Great location near the beach. Wife and I stayed with our 2 teenaged kids. The extra long couch was comfortable and served as a bed for one of them. They even provided bedding specifically for the couch. Place was clean. We got a lot of use out of the screened in porch (great for morning coffee, or a cold one later in the day). Just a short walk from great seafood at Salt Island or Ice Cream at the Sugar Shack. ”

“We stayed one week at this location. The property was very clean and decorated nicely. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants nearby or driving into Savannah. The only complaint we had, which would be helpful, would be an instruction page- like which garbage can outside can we use, are we supposed to strip the beds and wash linens? Little things like that. “The renovated condo was perfect for what we needed the condo building itself needs updating and a good cleaning. Don't be fooled by the building. “Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. “We came to Savanna for the Rascal Flatts concert and couldnt be happier to have the opportunity to stay at this adorable place!!! The owners are super cool and helpful and friendly. They were there if needed and everything needed for our stay was available. Despite being on the smaller side the rental was so cute and great for 2 people!!! Definetly wanting to stay here again!!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! hestay was readily available.”

“A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. “Everything was wonderful at the suite - large fridge with ice maker, reasonably equipped kitchen, full washer & dryer. I don't watch TV, so I can't comment regarding the TV/cable equipment in the living room and bedroom. In other reviews the "upstairs neighbors" were loud, but I didn't notice anything in particular. It was a very sweet, clean, peaceful visit for me.”
