“The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit.”

“The 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in was great,very clean and had everything we needed,we has a sloght issue with the gate codes,but when i called the host it was taken care of within minutes,the pool was clean but the hot tub stop working due to a propane leak i believe, but iwe were very satisfied with the place and convenience to everything ”

“Condo was very clean and great access to the beach! Only downside, the mattress needs replaced in the bedroom due to being very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Me and my husband did not sleep well due to this. Also there were no sheets for the air mattress. ”

“The apartment was great, very clean & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many places of interest & Kroger. We did have a couple of small problems though. We did not receive instructions from Vrbo when we arrived but the owner was very helpful & responded quickly. Then on our last night we were awakened at 1am by neighbor (525 I think) who was drinking & could not remember how to get in his apartment. He refused to leave so my husband called the police & the matter was……

“Beautiful condo & complex. View of beach was excellent. Getting to beach was super easy. Mattress was extremely hard & was difficult to get a restful sleep. Patio barstools were so rusted, we were scared to sit in them. ”

“This property is in a beautiful area right beside Forsyth Park. It is about a 20 min walk down to the river, so the location is great if you’re up for walking! The streets are beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly! The house was very clean and the host was very responsive! It was great to have off street parking also. I’d definitely stay here again! ”

“The day before our arrival, the unit we originally reserved became unavailable due to an issue. However, the property manager, Southern Belle, promptly informed us, apologized, and arranged for this unit as a replacement. This property was nicely decorated - with just enough of a beach theme to make it feel like a true vacation getaway, complemented by some upscale touches. It was well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located close to the beach. A thoughtful bonus was the included wheeled……

“We had a lovely visit in Savannah for our son's graduation ceremony from SCAD. The pictures are accurate, and the unit was spotless. All instructions were very clear. On street parking was never an issue, we are very familiar with the area since our kids lived on Jones Street. Just be mindful of the street cleaning days. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is great, easy access to many areas. We would stay again and highligh recommend!”
