“My wife and I spent whole week in The Grant and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine... you name it). We like to eat our vegetables in the morning and to have some small snacks after night out, so we shopped in Kroger (20 minutes walk), not too bad! Due to the location (could not be better), there was some noise coming from the outside (our apartment was right above the street), but the bedroom was inside the apartment……

“This was the most excellent stay. Perfect location, the room was gorgeous and had everything you needed. I was terribly disappointed that when we asked to check out one hour later due to our flight time, I was asked to pay $25 even after confirming that the room wasn’t even booked. “The apt is a large, open space - great for 4 people! Great for walking to many delicious restaurants and tours and diff areas. As mentioned, the entrance is in an alley, but it’s fine, behind businesses so a little dirty, but not unsafe. The apt & space and location make it all worth it.
