“Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“If you are looking for a fun camping experience with plenty of room and electricity but without the hassle of setting up a tent, this is great! It was just like the pictures and descriptions. Comfy and clean accommodations with electricity and cute, safari-themed decor. The tents were fun, but some decorative items were dusty and it could be tricky keeping bugs out. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
