“Nice leisure hotel in the heart of central Wellington. Few facilities at the hotel itself but guests are able to use a pass for the nearby Les Mills Gym and Sauna.”
“Excellent accommodation and staff friendliness. Very well equipped, modern and clean. Easy walking to shopping, quay, museum and cable car. Parking in public car park opposite. Would be helpful to have details/address of car park prior to arrival. ”
“The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.”

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!”

“The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable.
Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it.
