“Loved staying on St George street in the middle of the action, but it did make it a little louder in the evenings. Luckily it quieted down by 10pm. The service was top notch and everyone we dealt with was SUPER helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than continental and was good for a quick bite. We would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

Just a 15 minute walk over the bridge and you're at St. George St or the restaurants on the Avenida Menedez.. Would absolutely stay here again, ”

“Beautiful place in the beautiful setting. Exceptionally thought through rooms with beautiful antique furniture which is complemented by very nice modern amenities. Nice sitting area and dining room for breakfast. Coffee all day with fresh homemade cookies. Nice and quiet location away from busy crowds. Parking is couple of blocks away but the loading area for 4 cars is sufficiently accommodating ”

“Locution was near the bridge which made it an easy walk to the historic area of St. Augustine vs. trying to find and pay for parking. Room was clean, fairly spacious - overall a great stay!”

“Great location to walk to attractions. Parking was reasonably convenient. The included breakfast was very good, but there was no coffee or other beverages available anywhere on the property until breakfast was served at 9:00. We walked a few blocks to a coffee shop the first morning. There was some street noise and street lights that were hard to block out. Bathrooms could use updating.”

“Too many stairs, narrow hallways, breakfast was very good, more of a continental style. Outside in need of major cosmetic repairs. Inside clean, but strangely set up”

“Building is older but rooms have been renovated. No carpet and showers tile. Wonderful breakfast and a fun happy hour with fabulous sunset view of the water. Easy walk to the historic area. Very quiet. I recommend valance for rooms with the outside light and a longer shower curtain. I would stay here again. ”

“We stayed here years ago and they were worth another visit.This is a Pirate themed hotel within walking distance to most attractions and great places to eat. The rooms are large with bunkbeds and are great for families. Rooms are dated but part of the charm, bedding is amazing, so soft! No Tvs in room but there is a family room with tv, games and books. You have use of the kitchen but they ask you wait until after 10a.m. as they provide a free pirate pancake breakfast. The staff is friendly……

“The location of the property is what makes this hotel good. The staff were all excellent and meet all our requests with aplomb. The room was slightly worn but very serviceable. If returning to St Augustine we would stay here again.”
