“Home was nice, but needed some minor repairs. Location was close to all beaches and attractions. Stove was hard to cook on. It didn't seem to be level and I couldn't read the knob on the front right. Condo could of used a good spring cleaning. King bed was creaky upstairs. Pool in the community needing a good cleaning also. It was supposed to bf a gated community but one of the gates was missing ”

“We were very impressed with the communication of Jarred when we decided to extend our stay in Destin at the last minute. He was very quick to reply and very accommodating and even let us in early. We loved the beautiful wall murals and the 3 king beds were great for 3 adult couples. The bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren! The kitchen area is small, but has all the amenities needed. They provided beach towels which we didn't need, but it's a great amenity especially for those who……

“We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious and nice. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the pool is big. I would stay here again! ”

“We always take the weekend before Memorial Day weekend to get away and head to the beach before the beaches are overrun for the summer. This house was perfect for the amount of family that went with us this year. Great house with the necessary amenities for the length of the stay. Will look to visit this house again.”

“I would highly recommend this property for your family vacation. The property was as described. It was close to the pool. We went to Henderson State Park for beach time as it was close and convenient. The only issue we had was the air conditioning the day we arrived but management addressed it quickly. ”
