“The property is better than the description. The double bunks were a surprise and great fun for the 3 granddaughters. The area is private but convenient to food, shopping and Ft Meyers attractions. Sanibel is 30 minutes, depending upon your time of travel. Hot water and great water pressure are pluses for me. We would recommend this host. ”

“My family stayed here to be close to the Double Tree Belltower which is the home base for the Red Sox Fantasy Camps. It was clean, with many amenities including hot tub which we used on multiple occasions. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are some basic dry staples including rice, coffee, sugar. Use of the owners' subscriptions on the smart TV was a plus.”
