“I booked a room with some extra space and it turned out to be a double queen room for 3 of us. We can make it work but certainly not the same experience or expectation. I also noticed other guests experienced something similar when I was lining up for my turn at front desk. So, I wonder if the reservation system is not working well.”

“very good and nice place to stay. New and many Gym equipments to do exercise here. The kitchen is clean and provides enough utensils. Shopping area, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. ”

“Place was very nice boutique concept. I was not aware of the room cleaning fee as well as the need to schedule 48hrs in advance. But clean towels were available for self serve. Location suited my needs very well for a work/fun trip with my teen daughter.. We’re from Philly, so it was refreshing to find the multitude of un-housed to be much less aggressive in Long Beach. Must be the beautiful sunsets..🌅”

“The hotel room is very small and the bathroom can't turn around. There is a musty smell”

“Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7”
