“The Hideaway Retreat was an ideal space to stay in Carlsbad and celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and attend the Carlsbad Street Fair. The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Onsite parking in a private driveway, clear communication with the owner, fully stocked kitchen, living, and sleeping areas, and high walkability to nearby shops and restaurants are reasons to stay here. “My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage was so cozy, clean, private, and well-kept, and the surrounding area was gorgeous! We loved waking up, making breakfast in the kitchen, and having coffee on the porch while we watched the birds. We want to come back as much as we can!!!”

“Cleanliness very poor , spider and all kinds of insects inside & out , around the property was very dirty table $ chairs outside was very old & dirty and unusable. We couldn’t understand the charges for cleaning on top rental cost . …. No light at the entrance of this property very difficult to enter to drive way , when returning home at night specially for guest who are familiar to area to locate property drive way on a two way road with absolutely no shoulder to pull over & search . Very very……
