“Staff top notch. Loved the room amenities. EVERYTHING in walking distance. Loved it. Would stay there again. Nothing I didn’t like. The staff hooked me up with A TON of fresh clean towels when I asked for a shower towel and pointed to the dirty laundry basket in the hall for when I’m done. Of course out of respect for their efforts, I dropped all my dirty towels in the basket when I left. Clean lobby. Bible in the drawer and coffee in the room. Perfect.”

“Emily, the attendant when we checked in was an exemplary employee of Tru Hotels and I told her manager about her! On the bed side of rating, not same beds or linens as the Tru hotel in Logansport IN and it was obvious they weren’t the same quality? Why not if same chain of hotels??”
