“应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。”

“A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. “I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. “I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. “This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet.
