“The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some……

“Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden. Værelset var slidt og med gamle møbler og gulvtæppe. Intet tryk på det varme vand. Venligt personale, men ville ikke bo her igen.”

“I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. “I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled……
