Some things I would have liked: - more towels (e.g. hand towel & wash cloth); and disposable hand towels in the shared bathroom. - a fan in the bathroom (I was swetting after I finished drying my hair; I have a small fan in my own bathroom, and it really helps!) “This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“This is a very special hotel, the room was a suite with a couch and chairs in the living space and a coffee bar. The bathroom was a little tight but had everything we needed. It was a terrible blustery day in Boston and the staff was accommodating with an umbrella and very friendly. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. Great location, highly recommend.”

“I traveled to Boston for my youngest sons’s college graduation. I was aware that I was staying on the fourth floor without access to an elevator prior to my visit. That was the only issue I experienced because of my own need for more daily exercise. After I made it to the top floor and opened my door, I was welcomed into the most inviting space I have ever been in during a hotel stay. The layout is perfect. The bathroom is the first door on the right with a separate shower and tub. The kitchen……
