“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5.
