“We loved our stay at Kehena house! We were greeted by Stephen when we arrived and given a quick tour. They were hosting a Pride potluck that day and he kindly invited us to come eat and join in as guests of the house. Everyone we met was friendly and we felt safe to be ourselves. In the room, there was a list of unique weekly activities and opportunities near by, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. The property is *amazing*. “Check-in and check-out were perfect. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. It was truly a tropical oasis to enjoy our time between visiting the volcano and the falls in Hilo. The cats made the stay even sweeter as they perched themselves on the lanai. Christina was a very attentive host and gave us lots of good ideas. We enjoyed walking to the cliffs at both sunrise and dusk for our zen with the waves crashing on the cliffs. It was such a nice change from the more touristy……
