“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“Our heat didn't work and they found us another room immediately..The only complaint I have is the pillows. Everything else was great.”

“Rooms were very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Only issue was confusion about free breakfast for IHG gold members, which we learned is not honored if booked through a non-IHG service. Also the restaurant had a new menu but did not order the ingredients therefore the signature drinks and dessert were not available. Both items were not significant issues and the hotel overall was a great stay. ”
