“This location is perfect if you are planning on enjoying all Beale Street has to offer or if you are going to the Orpheum Theatre. (It was less than a five minute walk.) I was worried about the lights/noise but we didn't notice them. The friendly and professional staff made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast attendant (I didn't catch her name) was the kindest lady. If I had to make a suggestion for an improvement it would be to please remind cleaning staff to refill shampoo/soap/lotion……

“This place is amazing! I got to my room at 1:30 in the morning. Broke down on the highway. The desk person Keither was so helpful. He got me in my room asap. Was standing by to help if I needed it and help me park my truck and trailer. Simply wonderful when wanting to get to the room as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place. The room was remodeled and was clean and very nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“Everything was great, only thing that was not really a big thing but the toilet was loud when flushed and had to hold the handle when flushing.”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”
