“This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We had a corner room overlooking the River. The hotel has a great vibe and they did a nice job of keeping the industrial vibe but making it upscale. The only downside of the stay was the waitstaff for breakfast. ”

“overall well but the door safety lock was broken so I was a little uncomfortable all night was to tired to ask for room change”

“Rooms were very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Only issue was confusion about free breakfast for IHG gold members, which we learned is not honored if booked through a non-IHG service. Also the restaurant had a new menu but did not order the ingredients therefore the signature drinks and dessert were not available. Both items were not significant issues and the hotel overall was a great stay. ”
