“Wonderful stay and a great host. We enjoyed every minute staying at this house and made full use of all of the WaterColor amenities. The golf cart and bicycles especially came in handy and made trips to the Beach Club almost as enjoyable as time in the water. We will definitely be back!”

Next door to a pool and soccer field kept our kids busy!! Publix was 3 minutes away! We had the best time ever and the house had everything we could ever want or need. We will be back!”

“We had a great few days in Watercolor at this centrally located home. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. We loved getting on the bike trail located just across the street and saw deer in the mornings there. Beautiful home and it fit our needs. We did hear the tennis and pickle ball players in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in...this may not be for you, but we didn't mind. ”

“We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM. The loft was super hot when we checked in but was fine by the first morning. Our boys had to sleep on couches on other floors the first night. Pros: Close to……

“This is a great location for access to the WC pools, beach, shops, and restaurants. There are stairs leading up to the location as well as to the bedrooms inside. Keep that in mind if traveling with someone that may find this a challenge. We loved it with two teenagers. Door entry is by code so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Watercolor armbands we’re ready and waiting for us when we got there as well as parking passes for two cars. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked. The gathering……
