“The home is beautiful, with expert attention to detail. The bed linens seemed chosen specifically for each room. The views were especially delightful, day and night. We were lucky to have a 3/4 moon over the Fox River, a fire in the fire pit, and morning coffee on the deck. I would recommend this home for any event. Spacious, comfortable, and near fun things to do, such as kayaking on the Fox River.”

“Overall a great stay! It's a very cute property! We stayed with some of our bridesmaids and groomsmen for our wedding weekend. The goats were very friendly, house was clean and comfortable, and host was responsive. We were confused and thought the whole backyard was the goat pen, because those sneaky goats got out of their pen and were wandering in the bigger fenced area eating the flowers! The host responded promptly to let us know it was the backyard and we could enjoy the space. They said……

“We should have listened to the other reviews on this place, but unfortunately there wasn't much in the area to choose from. From the moment we walked in it smelled terrible, almost like a skunk smell. Obviously it's right on the Fox River so there's going to be bugs but a lot of the windows especially upstairs are not sealed right and in one of the bedrooms there were a ton of mosquitoes and other bugs all over the ceiling. Thankfully we found some ant spray in a random cabinet and were able to……
