“Property is extremely NOT SAFE!! No heat and SHOWER DID NOT WORK, no hot water, property extremely dirty!!! I took pictures of my stay, the property was the most dirty and disappointing waste of money!! I will be ending my relationship, membership, and VIP with VRBO due to THE past 5 experiences! Missing to meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The was the worst property I’ve ever seen and The service rushed, nothing was clean!!! very disappointing to have NO HEAT IN FREEZING……

“We were very pleased with layout, cleanliness and location of this VRBO. The home was furnished nicely and had everything we needed except for a corkscrew but we had one in our car :) and a cheese shredder (or I couldn't find it). 5 Stars from us!!”

“My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!”

“We had 3 generations at the farm for a wedding for one of the youngest generation. The house was a wonderful place to stay & a great place for the wedding party to prepare. The bridesmaids loved enjoying the gardens, goats and chickens in their downtime. The photographer found numerous opportunities for stunning pictures of the bride, bridesmaids and family. it was an amazing place to prepare for the wedding. Thank you so much!!!”

“We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash……
