“This is an old-style motor lodge one would find on a U.S. Highway in the 50s or 60s. The decor shows it. If you are seeking a fancy, glitzy resort, go elsewhere. If you want a clean, safe, convenient hotel, go here. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, but dated. They service the room every day! And restock your coffee! “Jen was great! Awesome breakfast daily with local ingredients and freshly baked items. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the accessible kitchen with coffee, soft drinks and homemade cookies. Great front porch with rocking chairs and views of the lake! ”

“This was our second stay at the purple house and we had a wonderful time. The location is quiet, and an easy walk to both the lake and the main street where most of the restaurants and stores are. The host is very nice and very responsive. The place had a lot of amenities as well.”

“This is a great property...very clean and family friendly. There is plenty of room for parking multiple cars. There is a fun game room which included Foosball, Ping Pong, Ring Toss, 2 large couches, chairs and a large flat screen TV that was enjoyed by all. The house is about 1 mile from the center of town and has nice view of the lake. The owner seemed friendly and was helpful to a simple request about checking out.
