“Love the hotel - only issue was check-in was late. We arrived a bit early (3:40 - didn’t expect to get in early though) and the lady at the front desk said she would call housekeeping and make our room a priority since we already arrived, and would give us a call when our room was ready. Check-in time (4:00) passed and no call, so we went back up to check. We ended up waiting with a few other people who had to wait past check-in time for their rooms to be ready.”

Our 2 year old also called the front desk and because they couldn't understand her they sent someone up to our room to check and make sure we were okay. ”
