“Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. Very short wait for hot water in the shower and sinks to start up. The owners were very quick and responsive to messages sent through the app. Beautiful succulents in the back yard. “This rental was a perfect size for the price, and everything matched the listing and previous reviews. The kitchen, air conditioning, and bathroom all worked as expected, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in outside my own home. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby in San Jose. We also enjoyed using the rental bikes just down the street. “The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked which was great as we cooked several meals during our stay. We really appreciated the Starbucks k-cups as well! There were two bath towels laid out per room which was great but it would have been nice to have extra as we stayed several days. There were washers and dryers available but we were busy with family activities so didn’t get to washing the towels we had. Not a big deal but something to consider. The backyard was……
