“Food ok Have had better. Continental breakfast was ok. But made to order could have been better. ”

“We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim……

“Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. At check-in, the front desk employee explained the unique features of staying here (filtered drinking water, cooked breakfast with a focused menu, free usage of bicycles, indoor saltwater pool, etc.). These features, along with the eco-friendly environment, are all favorable aspects of hotel properties in Europe. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars. “Stayed for two nights and was very pleased. Everything was clean and the front desk friendly. I did not get to try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. I did have dogs which I love being able take with me on trips and there were plenty of grassy seas to take them for walks. Very handy access to highways and shopping. “Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
