“It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!”

“The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.”

“The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. ”

“Got in on short notice, staff were helpful, room was very nice, no complaints whatsoever”

“The staff was super friendly. I didn’t require cleaning service and I kept the sign on the door for three days so they would know that I didn’t need the service. Each day the same cleaning staff would ask if I needed anything like extra towels or soap etc. As a solo traveler it felt good to know that someone cared enough to check with me. For some strange reason it made me feel safe traveling solo. So from the reception staff to the wonderful lady who was assigned to my room, because of them I……
