“The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. ”

“Our family has been coming to Kiawah for 30 years so we’ve stayed in many houses. Even though this is one of the oldest homes, it’s very clean and well maintained. We loved the vintage charm and appreciate the history of the house. If you’re looking for close access to the beach, you can’t go wrong. It has its own private boardwalk right behind the house. “The property was good for our needs. We were on the island for just a couple of nights for a wedding. The condo could use a few updates but was sufficient for our needs. Beach was great. We were able to rent extra chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Be warned that you will not be sleeping in as there are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom windows. ”

There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found!
