“We LOVED the convenience of this ground floor unit - the beach access was so easy and access to the property felt like an extension of the unit. As a corner unit, it also offered a very large living space and a large dining table to accommodate us and a few friends. Well stocked with beach toys and chairs, and the deck furniture was great. The unit could have been cleaned better but in fairness to the owners, we did not call to have it redone and are certain that had we called, it would have……

“We had a great stay. The place was easy to find, conveniently located and overall, a great place to stay. Check in was very easy, and the app available from the management company was a great asset. There was a moisture issue around the bedroom heat ducts and a water spot on the ceiling in the dining area. It wasn't clear of this was an ongoing water leak or a past issue that had been resolved. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!”

“We stayed during Spring break with our 3 kids ages 10,8, and 1. We all voted and agreed this was the best family vacation to date! The condo was clean and had everything you needed! Jennifer was wonderful and welcoming. The location was incredible and such a short walk to the beach. We rented bikes and never got back in the car. We biked to The Nest for coffee and events. It was about a 10 minute bike to The Sanctuary where we enjoyed ice cream and drinks. We can’t wait to go back!”

“We stayed here for the Kiawah marathon. Great location by the starting line. Quite a large house that more than fit our group of 4. The dishwasher and washing machine were pluses. House has the essentials. No basic groceries though, so bring your own olive oil, sugar/honey, coffee, etc. It had a bit of a frat house feel, and we thought everything was a bit tired. Be aware that this is actually a somewhat corporate listing through a company called Vacasa (probably cheaper to book through them……
