“Proper to making reservation I called the property and I was told that they have a laundry room and that it was complimentary. I arrived at the place and they started that was not true. Called the same number again and they said it again. The girl that took care of me at first was sweet but the guy that also worked there that day was not very nice. ”

“Friendly staff, quick and easy one night stay. Our initial room smelled like someone had been smoking even though the hotel is non smoking, front desk offered spray but ultimately ended up switching our rooms without any issues. ”

“Loved the welcoming fire feature when you enter the lobby. Also, appreciated the areas off the lobby for gathering with family outside of the room. Only improvement would be better lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup, shaving, etc.”
