“We only used it for a bed so cannot comment on public facilities but it looked decent. Curtains didn't meet in room had to wedge them to keep out the light”
“We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can ”
“Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke .
If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . ”
“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there……

“A good budget hotel to stay. Staff are friendly and helpfull. The only thing is that the breakfast is just reheated and not cooked fresh there. Omelete was served cold as it was not cooked properly from frozen but in general not a bad place to stay. Short distance to Newcastle as well.”
