Chatham is so centrally located that trips to P-town and to Hyannis (for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard) were easy. There was ample space inside and outside to congregate with family or to spend time alone reading or relaxing. We all agreed that we picked a gem of a rental property! Plus, Wendy, our host, was fantastic……
