“Beautiful and clean”

“Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood……

“Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming.”

“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”

“What we loved the most was the location and it was very clean and comfortable. There were Very steep two floor stairs, it needs a little more attention to detail to make it a 5, for example, better quality TP, needs dish towels in the kitchen and soap for the dishwasher. ”

“Great location. Easy street parking, but there is a pay lot just around the corner if needed. When we first arrived, we thought the location wasn’t exactly aesthetically pleasing, but the area was completely safe and walkable. The building is extremely quiet. If we hadn’t met a few people in the elevator, we wouldn’t even know there were people in the building. The unit is as pictured. It could use a good deep cleaning. The heat and air is just one window unit in the main living area so……
