“Our family enjoyed this stay for a long weekend! The house is beautiful inside and out— Impeccably clean and a beautiful modern farmhouse decor. We enjoyed the beautiful lawn, the calm porch overlooking the rolling hills and farms and the lovely hot tub and fire pit! Close driving distance to nearby attractions in Lancaster, but off the beaten path! Would definitely return when we come back to the area!”

“Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. ”

Riding opportunities for all ages are available, and lots of walking trails. Excellent outdoor space. If you love the country and outdoor living, it's a perfect home. “We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here.”
