“Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front”

“Lovely quiet B&B with on-site parking. Short drive to nearby attractions or walk to beach. Quiet and comfortable rooms, recently decorated and totally unmarked, almost as if we were the first to use the room. Excellent breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Would definitely use again”

“The property is a slice of heaven with rolling hills divided into plush green fields divided by hedge rows. The quiet outdoors is only broken by singing birds and the local sheep and horses. The farmhouse is beautiful with Carolyn being the perfect hostess. Morning breakfast was wonderful and served with a smile. We loved it.”

“Louise was an attentive host. The room was extremely well stocked with toiletries and refreshments. The staircase was very narrow and steep so a good level of mobility is needed. The breakfast had an amazing choice with a wide selection of fruits, homemade preserves and toast and a generous cooked menu. We would recommend staying here.”
