“Just stayed one night on the way to Edinburgh and it was great! Our room (in the old school house behind the pub) was small but had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed.
We had dinner in the pub and the food was fantastic (and great "desert cocktail" too!) Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Excellent stop off!”

“Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent.”
“The hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities.
The room is comfortable, with everything you need, kettle, TV, free WiFi. Highly recommended.”
"Good for staying next to Edinburgh airport for an early flight. A lot of construction at present so the drop-off area is very chaotic. Once inside all is well"
"Amazing location, way beyond my expectations!!! However I don’t think I’ll live at the top bunk cuz every time I wanna go down it will take some courage…
Another thing is that they will need to use passcode and sometimes I can get lost when I first came here.
So clean, the restroom just so impressive, quite spacious and they clean it every single day. very affordable, definitely recommend."
