“Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!”

“Amazing balcony views! Room was nice, clean and quiet. Guest services were amazing and is the best bet if you want to be very close to the strip without being in a gaming hotel. Enclosed walkway from our room in to the MGM casino took maybe 6 minutes. Definitely will be staying here again!!”

“Great condo in a great location. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed for a great visit. Kim did a great job communicating and was a great host. We will definitely use the condo again when we are back in town visiting our son and his family. ”

“I stayed here for the weekend of Beyoncé’s concert. Nice location, down the street from The Sphere, a few minutes drive from Allegiant Stadium, & close to many popular attractions. The place itself is perfect for solo travelers & it’s quiet, neat & equipped with your basic necessities. Check in & check out is easy. Sal is an excellent host, very nice & makes sure you’re good to go. Definitely staying here again on my next Vegas trip.”
