“This property was a perfect get a way. Our absolute favorite thing was opening all the blinds and just looking out of the windows. The view was spectacular. We didnt turn the tv on at all. We love the ease of walking to the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio. Can not wait to return.”

“The house if very large and accommodating. All 6 of us had a room, but some rooms have 2 beds so they can easily accommodate more. It was very windy outside, so we didn't get a chance to use the outdoors. However, very large and ample enough for a large family to relax. Distance from the strip and the airport is a short ride. You are off the strip which made it quiet. Cul-de-sac parking and driveway parking. The host Joseph is quick to answer any questions prior to getting there. Large towels……

“Very clean and super spacious house. Perfect for multiple couples/family with 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Check-in instructions clear and easy. Attached garage convenient. Landscaping & pool area very attractive. It was easy to Uber to downtown area rather than use our rental car. Golfing in the area and we did a day trip to Hoover Dam, the West Rim Skywalk & Nelson ghost town.Communication was very responsive.”

“The house was really nice and perfect for our family. We had some issues getting checked in but the owner was responsive and helped us get in. We only had to contact him one other time when we had issues getting but it was resolved immediately. Definitely recommend this home! ”

“Property cute was very small. Kitchen missing a few necessary utensils like veg peeler. Had to ask for more toilet paper no extra supplied.No shampoo in the bathroom. Host very quick with Communication and they did let us get in early a big plus.Overall would rate as a solid 4 stars.”

“The house was not well maintained at all. It felt very clear that the owner is trying to make as much profit as possible, and skimped on every detail. 1) Undisclosed surveillance cameras pointing directly at the pool and all around the house, breaking VRBO policies - then when we complained, they said they had no idea?!2) Stunk like vomit the whole time, probably issue with the drains3) Dishwasher broken and leaking, major headache for a house full of people4) Not enough cutlery or crockery,……

“House was very clean, beds are super comfortable, play area in the back for the kids, good host communication. Nice quiet neighborhood just outside the city. 10 mins to the Arch and 15 to Atlantis, 5 mins to Safeway.Would definitely stay again! ”

“My wife, brother, niece and I stayed here for four nights. The home was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. There were two minor issues with kitchen appliances, and each time we contacted the host about them we received prompt help. Not sure I would call the place “modern.” ”
