“Lovely hotel in a good position on the outskirts of Eastbourne , walking distance from the lovely village of Mead. Where there are shops and two pub/ restaurants. We found the staff to be both helpful and charming . Many thanks for an enjoyable stay .”

“We stayed here for a night. It was a good getaway from the city. The property is older but well maintained. Wonderful staff and super easy. There is also a bar on the ground floor which was helpful.”

“Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at reception by Sree, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He kindly offered to show me a few rooms to ensure I found the right fit. The first room he showed me turned out to be perfect—quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. The room itself was spotless, with a well-equipped, modern kitchenette featuring high-quality appliances. The bathroom was also impressive, with a great shower and a clean, contemporary design. “I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)”

“This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!”
