“We stayed at week at Lake Norman during the last heat wave. The kids could swim and we could paddleboard right off the dock. The house was nicely spaced with bedrooms in different parts of the house allowing everyone to go to bed at their own times. Worked well for a family getaway. Nice neighborhood too, not like “lake houses,” but homes people live in. ”

“We traveled to NC to visit our daughter over the Easter Holiday. This home was exceptional in every aspect. The weather was perfect and we were able to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. Grilling was easy for meals and the fire pit was great S'mores. “The property was perfect for spending time outside. The pool is huge and the outside covered deck was our favorite spot for meals and playing games at night . We brought our boat and the dock was well maintained and covered and about a 20 minute boat ride to a public dock. We stored our boat trailer at a storage place about 12 minutes from the house. It is on the less touristy side of the lake so it is not crowded at all. You have to drive about a half hour to get to shopping and restaurants but……
