“The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, inviting and the staff were excellent. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location could not be better. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options steps away. The park and green space so close was an unexpected benefit we enjoyed. ”

“Overall good. The unit we were to be in had t been cleaned at all when we arrived, but they had an additional unit next door that was the same in every respect, so it worked out great”

“Came to Charlotte for a new business opening. Was in town for 10 days. This condo was perfect for what I needed. Central to everything. Walkable. Quiet. Great food/bev and entertainment options all within short walks of the unit. Definitely will stay here again if I am back in town.”

“Terrible communication. Property manager cancelled my reservation while we were on the way there without notice or valid reason. No invoice was sent but cancelled allegedly for nonpayment of balance. Emailed repeatedly to pay and get checkin peocess with no response. Rented the property out from under me days before, leaving us to scramble for a room. Left with inferior choices for more money. Never again.”
